I have been struggling to keep up with my math this semester as well as I did the previous semester. I have so many questions that just seem to go unanswered it seems. Many of these questions are mainly to help me understand why we are to add when we are told to subtract, why do we multiply when it says divide, and why don’t they just tell us to do what we need to in the first place instead of playing around? I mean Jesus Christ probably couldn’t even answer these questions for me. I just wish that math wasn’t a bunch of lost letters and numbers to me. Who the hells idea was it to put the alphabet in with the numbers? When are we going to use some of this stuff in life? Really, tell me when? Thought so, you have no clue either! This morning I got so pissed off that I almost killed my boyfriend (not really but it was close). The poor guy, I pity him sometime for having to put up with my ass. Now getting back to the math ordeal, I realize that we need it to live our lives but does it really have to be that complicated? Do they really need to print a new math book every year? How does math change? It’s been the same since elementary school; aggravating, boring and confusing as hell!
